We are going to have raingutter regatta boat races and root beer floats. Our Arrow of Light 5th grade Den has created an obstacle course. Come see how fast you can complete the course.

Cub Scout Ranks – Lions & Tigers & Bears – oh my
The Cub Scout Program utilizes Rank Advancement to keep Cubs focused and rewarded. You can see all of them when you click on the link. Below is a quick glance of the grade levels for each Den.
Cubs progress through a number of Adventures each year building skills, character and having a lot of fun! After Lion year they will be required to earn their Bobcat Rank… even a kindergartner cub will learn all the Bobcat requirements.
Kindergartners begin as Lions. They work with their adult partner and Den to complete activities and work with other cubs.
1st graders are the Tiger Den. They have lots of energy but adult partners help to keep the energy flowing in the right direction.
2nd graders are the Wolf Den. They have a bit more freedom to do activities and adventures. Watch out for their STEM information like taking care to not catch germs and how to keep the family safe.
The Bears are 3rd graders with many challenging adventures ahead. Their favorite activity is learning how to properly use a pocket knife.
4th graders are called the WEBELOS Den – WE BE LOyal Scouts. They focus on outdoor skills, compass reading and fire building. They add in some art, music and knots to complete their year.
5th graders are the Arrow of Light Den – They focus on Scouts BSA requirements to prepare them for the next level of advancements that will happen when they cross the bridge to Scouts BSA.
